This policy covers tkosellshomes.com, buyintricities.com, tricitieshomevalue.com, tkoserves.com, and the forms, landing pages, and property websites run by Brandon Muzatko, Managing Broker · TKO Realty Group · Real Broker, LLC ("we," "us").
What we collect
When you fill out one of our forms (a buyer or seller questionnaire, an open house sign-in, a home value request, a property inquiry, a course or guide signup), we collect what you enter. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, and your answers about buying or selling a home. We also record whether you checked the box agreeing to text messages.
When you visit our pages, basic information is collected automatically, such as the page you visited, your browser and device type, and your internet address. If we run ads, our advertising partner (Meta) may record that you visited a page or submitted a form.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and help you buy or sell a home.
- To send you the guide, report, course, or information you asked for.
- To email you occasional follow-ups about real estate in the Tri-Cities. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To call you, or to text you only if you checked the text-message box.
- To measure and improve our pages and ads.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your home search, your home sale, or the information you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to use our forms or work with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party.
Who sees your information
Your information is stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) and is seen by Brandon Muzatko and anyone helping him with your transaction. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We share information only when needed to help you: for example, with a lender, inspector, or title company you choose to work with, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
Our pages may use cookies to remember your visit and to measure how pages and ads perform. On this site, your device remembers which course videos you've watched. Videos from YouTube play in privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies once you press play. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your record of consent
When you submit a form, we record the date, time, page, and internet address of the submission, and whether you agreed to text messages.
